• Home monitoring systems utilizing motion sensors and environmental monitors
• Mobile applications for receiving activity pattern updates and alerts

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to:

Current pricing is $175 one-time setup fee plus $75 per month (first month free). Pricing may vary based on individual needs and setup requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation with a care specialist. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a service agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Connected Caregiver or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

If you purchase our monitoring services:

• You must obtain appropriate consent from the person being monitored

• The system requires reliable internet connectivity and electrical power
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or connectivity problems
• We are not liable for missed alerts or system failures

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTED CAREGIVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our services
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any missed alerts or failure to detect activity changes
